Supreme Court Hands President Trump Another Win

President Trump has fought with the courts from the first day he stepped into the Oval Office. With so many courts at that time in the hands of activist judges, the President has struggled with roadblock after roadblock for the America First Agenda.

However, the nation’s highest court recently took on a case involving illegal alien workers. Much to the horror of Democrats, the court has ruled that illegal aliens who steal Social Security numbers can be charged with a crime.

Wow, what a novel concept. It’s LONG overdue. Identity Theft is a crime that has destroyed the financial lives of thousands, maybe even millions of hard-working Americans.

In a major 5-4 decision, the SCOTUS ruled that illegal aliens who use someone else’s information when filling out tax forms for employment can face criminal charges.

Fox News reported, “The Immigration Control and Reform Act (IRCA) makes it a federal crime to lie on the I-9 work authorization form while limiting how false information can be used. Federal law also says information “contained in” the I-9 cannot be used for law enforcement other than specified exceptions but the Supreme Court ruled that if workers use the same information in tax documents, they can face charges.”

“Although IRCA expressly regulates the use of I–9’s and documents appended to that form, no provision of IRCA directly addresses the use of other documents, such as federal and state tax withholding forms, that an employee may complete upon beginning a new job,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court’s opinion, which was joined by fellow conservatives Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.

Apparently, all four liberal justices, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan did not believe illegals who commit these crimes should face criminal charges. That comes as no surprise to this writer.

The IRCA also prohibits state or local charges or civil cases against “those who employ, or recruit or refer for a fee for employment, unauthorized aliens.” However, Alito noted this “makes no mention of state or local laws that impose criminal or civil sanctions on employees or applicants for employment.”

The Supreme Court has handed down additional 5-4 rulings this month.

The Court ruled 5-4 in favor of tossing a lawsuit filed against a Texas border agent for shooting and killing a Mexican teenager.

In the other immigration case, the Court ruled 5-4 in favor of allowing the Trump administration to enforce its “public charge” immigration rule, which allows them to deny green cards to immigrants who would be dependent on government welfare for extended periods.

As you can see, had President Trump not won the 2016 Presidential election, the rulings made by the Supreme Court would have gone the other direction. This is why we must NOT allow the Democrats to win control of the Senate.

The Democrats know they can’t get the unconstitutional laws passed they want, so they use the courts and activist judges.

President Trump has worked hard to fill the vacancies in the different courts around the country left open by former President Obama. By filling those seats with Constitutional Judges, President Trump has put a roadblock up for the Democrats and their America LAST Agenda.

Now, it’s up to the Patriots to not only re-elect President Trump and win back the House. We also need to hold the Senate and add to the number of Constitutional Republicans serving in the Senate. If we could get at least 60 strong Constitutional Conservative Senators elected in November with taking control of the House, there would be no stopping President Trump and his America First Agenda.
