With the 2020 election around the corner, we’ve been warned of the potential for election fraud. Of course, the Democrats claim it’s mere lies told by President Trump and the Republicans. However, the evidence is clear. Election fraud is a REAL problem.

During the 2018 Democrat primary, Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns, and DeWayne Ward were arrested on charges of conducting an organized ballot harvesting scheme according to an announcement made by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. A $25,000 bond has been set for each person charged.

Elections officials had become suspicious after Shannon Brown won the primary in March of 2018 by only 5 votes after a recount. Wasn’t that handy?

Also, an unusual number of mail-in ballots were cast in the 2018 primary race for Precinct 4 commissioner in Gregg County.

According to Gregg County Elections Administrator Kathryn Nealy, 231 out of the 800 mail-in ballots that swung the election, bore the signatures of the five same people who helped voters with their ballots. Furthermore, 1/3 of the voters claimed they had a disability in order to qualify for absentee or mail-in voting. The vote harvesting scheme worked thus giving Brown the win.

Under Texas election law, mail-in ballots are strictly reserved for people over the age of 65 or for those who are physically ill and cannot vote in-person.

“To reach the number of ballots needed to swing the race in Brown’s favor, the group targeted young, able-bodied voters to cast ballots by mail. Do this fraudulently claimed the voters were disabled, and in most cases, this was done without the voters’ knowledge or consent,” stated by Texas AG Ken Paxton.

In total, the state filed 134 felony charges against the four defendants. These charges included engaging in organized election fraud, illegal voting, fraudulent use of an application for a mail-in ballot, unlawful possession of a mail-in ballot, tampering with a governmental record, and election fraud. The penalties for these offenses range from six months in state jail to 99 years in prison, AG Paxton’s office announced.

Is this why the Democrats won the House in 2018? If this was found in just ONE county, it makes you wonder just how widespread it is around the country.

We’ve also heard stories of more people voting in a county than even live there. Heck, even the dead and pets (alive or dead) are receiving ballots. To top that, we’ve seen the report of Florida felons having their restitution paid so they can vote this November by former NYC Mayor Mark Bloomberg. However, by Bloomberg doing this it means he is committing a crime, and it also puts the felons in financial and legal trouble.

The Democrats will stop at NOTHING to win the Presidency and Senate in November. They know it’s their last chance to hold on to power. This is the battle we are facing. Like President Trump says, “This is the most important election of our lifetime.”
