President Biden has made a move to mandate all private companies with employees over 100 to require vaccination. He warned us that he planned to mandate businesses on September 9.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will give employees until January 4 to take the vaccine. Each company must see that their employees are fully vaccinated against Covid or tested once a week. The employers are responsible for paying the employees time off and providing sick leave for them should they encounter side effects.
However, if the employees decide to test instead, the employers do not have to pay for the testing, a move to push employees into choosing the vaccine over the testing. However, collective bargaining agreements or other circumstances may dictate otherwise.
Mississippi governor Tate Reeves is standing against the mandates and says he and the attorney general of Mississippi will sue over the mandates. I appreciate Governor Reeves taking the stand against the Biden regime, and I hope more states will as well. I haven’t always agreed with Governor Reeves. He often sends mixed messages, but at least he continues to stand for the rights of Mississippians to choose for themselves.
Call your state senators and your state governor today and let them know you want them to stand with Governor Reeves and other states againstBiden’s unlawful and overreaching mandates.
