Children’s health is a battle that we cannot afford to waver on or lose. So we must continue to fight for these precious little ones who depend on us as the caring adults in their lives.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis hosted the roundtable meeting on Monday where Florida’s Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, stated he would NOT recommend COVID-19 vaccines for healthy children, making Florida the first state to break with official guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Dr. Ladapo believes that we are in an incredible challenge or battle between individual rights and individual choice and truth on one side, and overarching powers, overarching government abusive powers, abusive data dishonesty, and a lot of unethical behavior on the other side. He is right.

Also present at the roundtable meeting, Dr. Robert Malone (mRNA technology expert, an outspoken critic of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines) and other physicians, alongside medical experts, criticized CDC and government policies. They criticized mask mandates and lockdowns, stating they were ineffective and harmful.

Ladapo and DeSantis said the new guidance had to do with lingering questions about the vaccines’ potential health risks for young people. 

During the meeting, Dr. Malone said, “There is no justification for mandating vaccines for children. We’re of the strong opinion that if there is a risk, there must be a choice. As far as we’re concerned, there is no medical emergency now, and there is, therefore, no justification for the declaration of medical emergency and the suspension of rights that has occurred with that re-upping of the medical emergency by the executive branch.”

We need more states to follow the Florida Surgeon’s bravery and stand against violating a healthy child’s immune system. Further, more physicians should remember their oaths as physicians and stop giving in to the mandates.

Call your state representatives and your state’s surgeon general. Urge them to take up the fight with Florida because our children’s futures are at stake.
