Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Thursday that the Justice Department is opening a new office to address the environmental concern.

Cynthia Ferguson leads the new office, an attorney working in the DOJ’s Environmental Enforcement Section of its Environment and Natural Resources Division.

One of the objectives of the newly formed Office of Environmental Justice is to work with the Environmental Protection Agency and other federal investigative agencies to develop or enhance investigatory agencies’ protocols for assessing the environmental justice impacts during investigations.

They will also concentrate on the communities of color, indigenous communities, and low-income communities as they believe these communities, in the words of Garland, “often bear the brunt of the harm caused by environmental crime, pollution, and climate change. For far too long, these communities have faced barriers to accessing the justice they deserve.”

Wait, can we arrest the climate for harming particular communities? Perhaps, it isn’t the climate choosing the communities to hurt, but the ones manipulating the weather and the environment.

This new office is just another way for the government to expand its control over the people. Do not be fooled into thinking that the government cares about one single community mentioned above. They only care about making more money and taking control of America for their evil agendas. And who will pay for this new office? The people of America will, of course with higher taxes.

We, the people, do not need nor want a larger federal government, but when did Biden care about what the people want? The politicians, both democrat and republican, have laundered money all over D.C. through the creation of departments like the OEJ, and they will continue as long as they can get away with it.

They despised Donald Trump because he didn’t play the “business as usual” game. We need some brave conservatives to stand up to Joe Biden and the government and say, “Enough with creating new programs and new offices.”

We need Donald Trump and men like him with enough courage to lead the fight against the big government, big tech, and the far-leaning liberals who want to do nothing less than destroy our once-great nation.
