On Tuesday, May 3, someone leaked the draft that indicates SCOTUS is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade. First, of course, the supreme court was immediately slammed for the contents of the leaked draft. Then the protesters came out against the highest court in the land with swift vengeance.

One user took to Twitter and called for the assassinations of Supreme Court members. Others are questioning whether the Supreme Court was in its right to make the decision.

A pro-choice group called Ruth Sent Us, named after late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, urged followers on Twitter to “rise against a corrupt and illegitimate” Supreme Court in the wake of Monday’s bombshell leak of a draft opinion that could end nationwide abortion rights. In addition, the Pro-choice abortion activists called on Americans to storm Catholic churches on Mother’s Day to protest the Supreme Court decision.

These people have lost their minds. They care more for their selfish desires than a living, breathing human inside a womb. The Twitter user that suggested killing two Supreme Court Justices proves these people are dangerous.

Conservatives do not always agree with some of the Supreme Court decisions. The differences between conservatives and liberals are pretty stark. In most cases, when conservatives do not agree with a decision by the Supreme Court, we do not spout physical threats to the judicial members, nor do we have protests that end in burning buildings and tearing down statutes.

On Friday, two Supreme Court judges responded to the protesters who are furious at the leaked draft opinion that purports to end Roe V Wade protections for abortion.

“As a society, “we are becoming addicted to wanting particular outcomes, not living with the outcomes we don’t like. We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want. The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.” – Supreme Court Clarence Thomas.

On Thursday, Justice Roberts told conference attendees that the leak was “absolutely appalling” but vowed that it would not affect the court’s work.“A leak of this stature is absolutely appalling,” he said. “If the person behind it thinks that it will affect our work, that’s just foolish.”
