President Donald Trump’s legal team motioned for a “Special Master” review the evidence seized by the FBI. A Special Master is a third-party attorney appointed by a court to oversee part of a certain case.

In the motion, President Trump requests for Judicial Oversight and Additional Relief, which seeks an order that (a) appoints a Special Master, (b) enjoins further review of seized materials by the government until a Special Master is appointed, (c) requires the government to provide a more detailed receipt for property, and (d) require the government to return any item seized that was not within the scope of the Search Warrant. According to Axios, U.S. District Court, Judge Aileen Cannon, appointed by Trump in 2020, scheduled a hearing appointment for a special master for Thursday in West Palm Beach, Florida.

In the motion, President Trump’s legal team rightfully points out that “Politics cannot be allowed to impact the administration of justice.”

The motion reflects the rights that President Trump has to ask questions any American would ask if their home were raided.

• Why raid my home with a platoon of agents when I have voluntarily cooperated?
• What are you trying to hide, given that you requested that I turn off all security cameras and even refused my attorneys to observe what your agents were doing?
• Why have you refused to tell me what you took from my home?
• He asked for the boxes of privileged attorney-client material and executive privileged material to be returned that should not have been taken.

“Further inside the document, according to the New York Post, Law enforcement is a shield that protects Americans. It cannot be used as a weapon for political purposes…Therefore, we seek judicial assistance in the aftermath of an unprecedented and unnecessary raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.”

The judge has scheduled a hearing appointment for a special master for Thursday in West Palm Beach, Florida, Axios reported She also set a Tuesday deadline for the Department of Justice to file a public response to Trump’s request.

She has also set Tuesday as the deadline for the DOJ to also file a more detailed list of what was taken from Mar-a-Lago and the current status of materials taken.

Trump then has a Wednesday deadline to reply to DOJ’s response.

I believe President Trump is in his right to request this Special Master review as any American citizen does. But, according to Western Journal, the Justice Department has had unfiltered access to the documents for over 20 days, and now — before an objective, unbiased, third-party “special master” can be appointed — the Biden administration will have the opportunity to censor them however its sees fit — in the cause of “national security,” of course. And that “national security” determination will be made by the DNI whom Biden appointed months before he was even sworn in and who was confirmed on his first day in office.

I ask you, does that seem right? I do not think so. Biden and the Democrats have been after President Trump since he announced he was running for the office of President and has not given Donald Trump and his family a moment’s rest.

The mainstream media has worked with the Liberal Democrats to destroy America and give fake news for a long time. When the MAGA movement began, they centered their attention to those supporting President Trump, calling us traitors, dangerous, and paranoid conspiracy theorists. Because of these evil alliances, we have American citizens sitting in a D.C. jail and treated like they were revolutionists when the real revolutionists and criminals were roaming our American cities throwing down our national statutes and free to riot as they pleased.

It is time for this out-right assault against Donald Trump should end, and hopefully, this is a start to ending the attacks. It is also time for the conservative leadership to stand up for the People’s President-Donald Trump.
