We can now officially say that Elon Musk is the new owner of Twitter. However, whether you like Elon Musk or not, you must admit that the man has style.
It has been an interesting show to watch since April, when the billionaire purchased 9.2%(73.5 million shares), making him the principal stockholder.
In April, the thought was that his purchase was considered a passive investment, signaling he had no demands on a larger company slice. – although analysts cautioned it could ultimately lead to Musk becoming more involved with running the business.
The leftist heads spun, and users questioned whether Conservatives dismissed from Twitter would be allowed back. At that time, no significant changes occurred except Musk teasing things possibly to come.
Now that Elon Musk has officially purchased the company, I’m sure some Twitter employees are worried about whether they will have a job with Elon Musk now in charge.
Musk has indicated he wants to make Twitter a free speech platform and allow President Trump back on Twitter.
Although President Trump has his own social platform, I hope he does return to Twitter. It is always fun to see the liberals lose their minds over President Trump and his ‘mean’ tweets.
Of course, the liberal critics are already citing ‘worries’ over Musk wanting to pull back some content moderation measures. The critics say that doing so could cause hate speech and disinformation on the platform. These same critics worry the November mid-term elections could be impacted, but they ‘warn’ the 2024 election will be affected. Mind you, these ‘warnings’ and ‘fears’ over election integrity and hate speech comes from those that STOLE the 2020 presidential election, and they call MAGA PATRIOTS and nearly half the country a DANGER TO DEMOCRACY.
Musk tried to soothe these ‘worries’ by telling the investors that though he wanted a free speech platform, Twitter cannot become a free-for-all hellscape where anything could be said with no consequences.
Why should we care who owns Twitter? I think it is important because, unfortunately, social media is the new means of communication. Freedom of speech is attacked on social platforms daily. We must continue our fight for our freedom of speech, including social media platforms. Elon Musk is taking the first step in ensuring our freedom of speech across the internet is protected. Now, someone needs to purchase Facebook and set it free as well.
Social media censorship is suppressing the truth about the dangers of globalism and brutal cultures infiltrating the west. Please share this article wherever you can. It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.
