Former CNN senior producer John Griffin has pleaded guilty in federal court after being accused of child sex crimes and charged a year ago. He pleaded guilty to “using interstate commerce to entice and coerce a 9-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity at his Vermont ski house,” per AP. Griffin used online messaging platforms such as Google Hangouts and a BDSM website to contact parents with underage daughters. He paid $3,000.00 to the stepmother of the nine-year-old to fly out to his home, where the child was directed and did participate in unlawful sex. According to Fox News, he claimed he ‘trained’ young girls with their mothers present and, in at least one case, had video conferences with a girl and her stepmother where he instructed them to undress and to touch one another.

Griffin appears in court for sentencing in March 2023 and can get up to ten years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine. In addition, the federal government, according to the Associated Press, as part of a deal to drop 2 of the three cases, Griffin “must pay full restitution to the victims, an amount which the court will determine” and “has agreed to forfeit a Tesla vehicle, and electronic items and to donate half of the proceeds from the sale of his Vermont home and the upcoming sale of a Mercedes vehicle into the court registry.”

The stepmother of the nine-year-old was arrested on Aug. 21, 2020, on five counts of child abuse, eight counts of lewdness with a minor under 14, and two counts of sexual assault of a minor under 14.

I hope he is not the last one from the news and entertainment industry that gets caught and sentenced for the horrendous things they have done to children through child sex trafficking and other heinous acts. CNN and other mainstream media ignore and cover up these horrific crimes on children conducted by celebrities and politicians. However, their sins are coming out into the light, which isn’t pretty. But the world needs to know so we can clean out the cesspool.
