The House Republicans Steering Committee gathered Monday evening to finalize their recommendations for who should sit on which committees. They focused on four key panels: Armed Services, Judiciary, Agriculture, and Transportation and Infrastructure.

Some of those against McCarthy received pretty good assignments on essential committees. I did not share the complete list, but you can see most of them in the NBC article.
Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona, a former head of the Freedom Caucus and one of the five against McCarthy, retains his position on the Judiciary Committee.
Rep. Dan Bishop of South Carolina will remain on the Judiciary Committee.
Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, perhaps the most vocal McCarthy foe during the speaker fight, who flipped to “present” in the 14th round, will continue to serve on the Judiciary panel.
Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado receives a seat on the Oversight and Accountability Committee. She will continue to serve on the Natural Resources panel.
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene supported McCarthy from the beginning. She will serve on the Oversight and Accountability with Rep. Boebert. These two ladies may accomplish some incredible things together.
Rep. Greene was also placed on the Homeland Security committee. She is a fighter, and she does not back down.
In her statement below, she warns Joe Biden and others the committee is coming for them.
While I was not a fan of Kevin McCarthy becoming House Speaker, I had hoped he would step up and do some things right. Perhaps assigning the right people to the proper committees will be one of them. With Republicans taking the House, I am hopeful there will be positive changes, but we will have to wait and see.

It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.
