Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Day. The full name of the day commemorating the victims of the Holocaust is “Yom Hashoah Ve-Hagevurah“– literally the “Day of (Remembrance of) the Holocaust and the Heroism. The day is remembered by Jewish communities worldwide.

It is marked on the 27th day in the month of Nisan — a week after the seventh day of Passover, and a week before Yom Hazikaron (Memorial Day for Israel’s fallen soldiers).

It began on the evening of May 1st, and ends on the evening of May 2nd.

The people of Tel Aviv pause for a moment of remembrance

The people of Israel paused for two minutes at 10 a.m., as sirens wailed in memory of
of the six million Jews murdered by the Nazis during World War II.

The March of the Living at the Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp in Poland will begin at 1 p.m. I am proud of President Trump for sending our first U.S. Delegation to the March of the Living at Auschwitz.

Let us take a moment in our busy day today, and pause with our friends in Israel, and remember this tragic time in History. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.

Don't be censored

Social media censorship is suppressing the truth about the dangers of globalism and brutal cultures infiltrating the west. Please share this article wherever you can. It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.
